Our Process
We know that you are anxious to get started restoring your credit. We
start immediately and do the work for you. The simple steps detailed below
are guidelines for the entire process. You are welcomed and encouraged to
contact us at anytime to inquire about your status, ask us questions, or make a
comment.
Step 1: Sign Up
After you contact us, we will send you your welcome package containing a
checklist of items and a client profile that will get the process started.
Step 2: Order Credit Reports After you have
signed up for our service, we will order your credit reports that same day.
Step 3: Receive Credit Reports You will receive credit
reports from all 3 credit reporting agencies in 3 to 10 days. As you
receive the reports, fax or mail them to us. Step 4: Assigned to a
Credit Team In order to insure that your credit repair
process
is preformed efficiently, you will be assigned to a credit team. Each
credit team has at least one lead expert who will remain with your case and be
available to you for the duration of the process. You credit team will
evaluate your credit reports and send the disputed items to the credit bureaus
within 72 hours. Step 5: The Credit Bureaus respond to you
Once we have filed a dispute, the response from the credit bureau or creditor
will be mailed
directly to you. The law states that the agencies has a reasonable
amount of time, usually 30 days, to respond to a dispute. We will be able
to evaluate the progress on your account from the information contained in the
response.
Step 6: Forward Responses
When you receive a response letter, just forward it to your
credit team at Northwest Business Advisors. We will evaluate the responses
and lodge new disputes based on the information contained in the response .It's
