Northwest Business Advisors policies are as
follows:
1. Northwest Business Advisors agrees to assist in obtaining credit
report(s) for client. Northwest Business Advisors cannot be responsible
for any delays in obtaining report(s) from credit bureaus. Clients are
responsible for forwarding disputed reports to Northwest Business Advisors and
notifying Northwest Business Advisors of not receiving disputed reports.
2. Northwest Business Advisors will not assume responsible for any credit
report(s) lost or delayed in mail.
3. Client authorizes Northwest Business Advisors to analyze his/her
credit report(s).
4. Northwest Business Advisors will assist in the process of
removing and or correcting information on client's credit reports under the
provisions of The Fair Credit Reporting Act and updates of that act.
5. Northwest Business Advisors is acting as a credit
report consultant on clients behalf at request of client.
6. Client authorizes Northwest Business Advisors to prepare necessary
correspondence in settlement of certain derogatory information which is
contained in clients credit report(s) and client will furnish reason for
disputes.
7. Client understands that we may not produce information that is not
accurate or untrue on behalf of the client, Client understands that all
disputes must be true and accurate.
8. Client understands the terms of each agreement is 18 months, And
no other time frame can by law can be given for completion of the clients
reports.
9. Client agrees to forward all reports to Northwest Business Advisors
within 14 days of receipt.
10. Client agrees to provide Northwest Business Advisors with the
original-quality copy of all correspondence received.
11. Client understands that if he/she does not comply with terms of this
agreement or does not make full payments per agreement the contract will be
canceled. Should client decide to reinstate contract, the contract will be
re-dated to new reinstatement date.
12. Client agrees that due to existing State and Federal laws, it is
unlawful to guarantee the removal or correction of any inaccurate
or incomplete information or the addition of favorable information.
13. Client gives Northwest Business Advisors full authorization to act at
their discretion in communicating with the credit reporting agencies or others
that provide public recorded information as the client's representative and to
sign all correspondence on behalf of client to credit bureaus on his/her behalf.
14. Northwest Business Advisors does guarantee the improvement of credit
reports. They do not promise any particular standard of improvement will
be attained. A refund will be made if no improvement on inaccuracies is
